Eagle Park Vistas and Villages

CCG Residential Construction is approaching the final stretch for Eagle Park Vistas and Villages!

Designed by Moseley Architects, this multi-family development in Hanover, MD will consist of 120 units across three buildings upon completion. The Villages will feature two 3-story, wood-framed buildings with 48 units, while the Vistas will offer a 4-story, 74,900-square-feet age restricted facility with 72 single-family apartments.

Currently, the Community Building and Villages are in the final stages of inspection, with landscaping now complete. The last round of paving is scheduled for next week. Over at the Vistas, progress continues with flooring installations and appliance setups throughout the building.
