Take flight over CCG Residential's Waldorf Technology Park Apartments!

Located in Waldorf, MD, this multifamily development will consist of seven mid-rise, Class A, elevator-served residential buildings, totaling 272 apartments. Designed to enrich the community, the project will feature two standalone clubhouse/fitness buildings, a pool, and various outdoor amenity areas.

Currently, wood framing is underway for buildings 1-3 and the clubhouse, with MEP rough-ins and roof sheathing progressing in buildings 2 and 3. Underground plumbing has started at building 7. Next up, we’ll continue with utility installations, complete retaining wall 7, pour the elevator and CMU shaft for building 4, and begin framing building 6.
