Elms Mt. Vernon Ground Break

CCG Residential has broken ground on Elms Mt Vernon in Alexandria, VA.

Work is progressing at the site, with utilities and grading underway for the building pad.

We’re excited to continue our partnership with Elm Street Development on this new multi-family community coming to Fairfax County. Spanning 5.42 acres, the five-story, 280-unit development will feature premium amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, interior courtyard, swimming pool, and public spaces.
