Elms Fells Point Awarded Silver by NAHB

Elms Fells Point has earned the prestigious Silver Award in the category of Adaptive Reuse/Redevelopment for the 2024 Best in American Living Awards by National Association of Home Builders.

This five-story adaptive reuse project designed by Hord Coplan Macht, transformed the historic Wolfe Street warehouse into a modern multifamily community with 285 residential units and 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, lounges, and private terraces.
