CCG Residential is excited to report significant progress on Aura, a robust multi-family development located in Prince George’s County. Upon completion, Aura will stand tall at 6 stories, encompassing a total of 570,639 square feet, and house 379 units.

At this time the stair towers are almost finished, and the parking garage is halfway to completion. In the coming weeks wood framing will begin, along with pouring additional slabs.

At Chesapeake, we firmly believe in the power of partnership and collaboration.
