The Edge at Middelton

Located in Aberdeen, MD, The Edge at Middelton is seeing great progress. At this time, the pool patio is near completion and the exterior stone veneer is finished. CCG is excited to start turning over the first building next week and landscaping will start shortly after.

The 3 new four-story apartment buildings will contain 237 units and a commons building. Amenities include pool, playground, bar, fitness, peloton, and lounge.
