CCG Residential recently completed construction on The Residences at Sandy Farms, a new 300-unit multi-family development in Severn, MD.

Scope of work consisted of 4-stories of wood-framed construction on podium slab spanning 312,289 SF and associated site work. The diverse unit options, ranging from one to three bedrooms, cater to various lifestyles, ensuring a comfortable and personalized living space. This project also includes high-end finishes and rich amenities for residents such as a relaxing pool, fully equipped gym, and communal grilling area.
