115 W. Hamburg apartments is zero lot line, 5-story wood framed apartment building over a concrete podium. The building includes at grade parking and a shared roof top patio. The units are outfitted with custom smart home features including smart ecobee thermostats, remote building access via smartphone app and Z-Wave automation hub included for seamless all-device synchronization. Due to the space constraints, CCGR had to provide engineering and shoring to utilize the adjacent neighboring roof structures to complete portions of the building.
