Charlestown Crossing II

Charlestown II is a 92-unit Class A apartment community, located on approximately 5.7 acres adjacent to Route 40 in North East, Maryland. Charlestown II consists of four garden style apartment buildings that are situated adjacent to The Apartments at Charlestown Crossing (Charlestown I). Both Charlestown I and Charlestown II are joint ventures between Dolben and Klein Enterprises. Charlestown II consists of a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring high-end finishes, nine-foot ceilings, a full-size washer and dryer, and a variety of configurations featuring either a balcony or patio. In addition to 575 surface parking spaces designated for the apartment community, 96 one-car garages are also available to rent.
